In 25 years of being in business, selling to 1,800 stores around the country,  as well as Disney, Avon and Nordstrom, with thousands sold to Q. V. C.  WE JUST DON'T HAVE complaints.  

We are very customer oriented and quality conscience.  Our customers are very important to us and we make every effort to make certain our product completely meets their expectations in every way.  However,  if you SHOULD  be an unfortunate customer who does have a complaint about either our service or  a product,  PLEASE, do not suffer in silence.  We want to correct a bad situation and make you happy.   JUST ASK!!  We would NEVER want a customer to display a picture and be  dissatisfied every time they look at it.  We will do whatever it takes to correct the situation. 

 Always feel free to call us at 1-800-296-4893 or contact us by e-mail and include your telephone number, as we would like to speak with you directly.  If you wish to send your item back for an exchange or refund.  We will be glad to make arrangements for the item to be returned to us COD,  thus,  assuring you that upon our receipt of the package, your refund check will be on its way back to you by way of the carrier.  The check will probably get to you within 10 days.  Replacements will be shipped within 24 hours.
