"SUMMER COURTING"

It is a warm summer day and the scent of roses is in the air. Our young Victorian couple is courting on the front veranda, while the young lady's father checks on their propriety through the window. In the front yard her little brother is adding his new found wealth to his piggy bank. You see, her beau pays him to stay off the porch.

"SPRING MORNING"

Blue skies, a warm day, a tree in bloom and tea roses twining gracefully across a wrought iron fence. A young lady heads out for a day of shopping. The young mother stops to chat with an acquaintance, while the little girl, like children of today, is impatient to continue on. The occupant of the stately Victorian townhouse surveys the scene before her as she returns from her early morning stroll.   

"SUMMERTIME"

A lazy summer afternoon and the children of the neighborhood are taking advantage of the warm temperatures by opening a lemonade stand at one cent a glass. Even the dog is caught up in the excitement of the day's activity, and just maybe the very little girl at the top of the steps will make it all the way down with her cups of sugar intact. Possibly their first customer is approaching. The tandem bicycle had just been invented and the young lady and her beau seem to have mastered it well.
